We were delighted with Colleen’s presentation 'Setting Boundaries to Spring Forward: the Role of Balance in Your Professional Success'. Not only did Colleen put forward an innovative approach to fulfillment and productivity, but her presentation also engendered a very lively and engaging discussion among all of the participants. We learned a lot and enjoyed ourselves at the same time. Colleen comes with our high recommendation!

I was very impressed with Colleen's presentation on "The Six Emotions of Effective Leaders" I recently attended. What a fresh and insightful perspective for the type of "new thought" that is in great need for the corporate arena. I highly recommend her as a coach and a speaker. Well done!

Colleen provided the Kick-Off Lecture, “What is Coaching?” for North Carolina’s Public Health Quality Improvement Advisor Program in November 2010. The Program’s goal is to train public health staff to become Quality Improvement Advisors to provide technical support within their public health agencies or geographic region. Colleen created a forum for participants to learn more about coaching through providing a nice balance of instructional time and interaction with the participants and through sharing resources to allow the participants to continue strengthening their knowledge of coaching on their own. We were very pleased with her presentation and enjoyed working with her. Colleen ensured that the Program got off to a great start.

Michelle Evans - President-elect at Raleigh Business and Professional Women in Raleigh, NC

The participants in our programs have been able to connect both professionally and personally with Colleen - allowing them to engage on a deeper, more core level. She has served as an extension of our organization by guiding these young women to identify their real and self-imposed limitations, develop an action plan, and move into the extraordinary. Her facilitation has been priceless to us and our clients.

Colleen has been instrumental in helping me achieve more on both a personal and professional level. By listening to my “stories,” asking probing questions, and sharing meaningful observations, Colleen has taught me that the way I was perceiving my challenges was not serving me. One of many “aha moments” was when I learned to stop struggling and start solving. I am very grateful to Colleen for sharing so many profound insights and helping me attain – and even exceed some of – my goals. I’m now experiencing improved relationships with my husband and stepchildren, overall greater peace and clarity, and a re-ignited business. In fact, I doubled my number of clients in only five days!

Angelien Landstra - Founder at BV Excellence in Amsterdam, The Netherlands

I immediately felt comfortable with Colleen. She has exceptional skill in supporting clients to get in touch with their true selves. After only a few weeks of working together, I was able to come to a deeper understanding of myself which allowed me to approach my HR role with greater clarity, drive and impact.

Mary Ivers - Director Human Resources at Exterran in Houston, TX

I value my work with Colleen immensely. She has helped be to uncover the blocks in my life and to find real solutions. The tools she has given me are varied, adapted to each situation and I can use them for as long as I live. What I like about working with Colleen is that she never goes into complex, convoluted analysis, yet goes to the source of the issue, offering a frank perspective and feasible, practical solutions. I appreciate Colleen’s ‘no-nonsense’ approach, her integrity, resourcefulness, insight and compassion. It is obvious she is motivated by a strong desire to see her clients move ahead in their goals. Colleen has definitely put me on the right path to reaching mine.

Colleen displayed an adept balance between compassion and pushing me to develop. She has a great way of getting people to look at something from a different perspective and to stay in alignment with that person’s priorities. Most of all, Colleen’s caring and professional approach helped me identify and face things part of me would prefer not to and to bring out the best in me. Colleen has a knack for her craft. She is a natural. She uses her many layers of knowledge to come up with creative suggestions. Her gentle and guiding questions make the process of self-discovery easier and more joyful than I have ever experienced. Just about everything she said seemed to be the right question at the right time. That’s where Colleen stands out head and shoulders over other people.
